The hotel is located a short walk from the central railway station and the waterfront. An entrance to the Arlanda Express, which offers a 20 minute train journey to Arlanda international airport, is situated next to the entrance of the hotel.

The Comfort hotel is housed in the Stockholm World Trade Centre. This is a modern glass office-style building overlooking the rear of the central station. The spaciousness of the modern lobby is accentuated by very high ceilings. It also features a shiny white stone floor and a soft pine reception desk. The majority of the guest rooms are small but well maintained and decorated in a modern style, with a work desk, a chair and compact wardrobe. The hotel has no restaurant, but a buffet brekafast is served in a room adjacent to the lobby. There are many restaurants only a few minutes' walk from the hotel.
