The Rica City Gamla Stan Hotel is housed in landmark building, which dates back to the mid-17th century and was renovated in the Gustavian style, its original features preserved and blended with modern comforts. One almost can feel the centuries of history pervading the property.The small, tradtional lobby retains a unique feel and features a seating area with comfortable leather chairs. All 51 guest rooms are decorated in an 18th century style and are in very good condition. They are equipped with a good range of amenities, as are the en suite bathrooms. There is no restaurant in this hotel, but a Scandinavian buffet breakfast is served in the breakfast room on the ground floor.
